GIRL ON A MOTORBIKE.
This is a bit of amateur glamour. For this kind of work you have
all the time in the world as long as your model doesn`t get
bored.
So, use a tripod and slow film to achieve the maximum quality. I
have seen photographers - people who THOUGHT they were
photographers - leaping about and using hand held cameras in such
situations - usually at Camera Club portrait nights.
Don`t do it. Always go for quality, not a flashy style to try and
impress people. Photographers, for example, who do weddings and
don`t use tripods for the main groups should be ashamed of
themselves !!!
This is also the type of photography where a flash fill in is a
good idea. It wasn`t used here, and if it had been, the shot
would have been brighter and the girl would have had catch-lights
in her eyes. It is surprising how a little light in each eye can
make the full picture come alive.
It is also how you can attract on-lookers when having a go at
glamour. Some models don't like that at all. Also be sure your
model signs a release of some sort. It is pointless getting some
cracking shots, then she doesn't want you to put them on show.
